Weekly Meditation Sessions
Tuesday evenings, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. 20 minutes of sitting, ten minutes of walking meditation and 20 minutes of sitting; After meditation, we drink tea and have a discussion of a book or article, or listen to a dharma talk; Meditation instruction is offered (free); if interested, contact Marcia.

Richard Weiner was the founder or co-founder
of both Cleveland and Akron-Canton Shambhala. He currently serves as the Director of
Practice and Education for the Akron-Canton Shambhala Center. He first met the founder of Shambhala
Training, Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche, in 1973, and studied with him until his death. He has been
teaching in Shambhala Buddhism and Shambhala Training for over 30 years.
