Dharma Talk: "Meditation, Being Present and Compassion"


On Sunday November 20th, members of the East Aurora Shambhala Meditation Group were joined by members of the Buffalo Shambhala Group, the Buffalo Zen Group and others to for a discussion led by Debbie McCubbin, from the Shambhala Mississauga Center. 
The topic was "Meditation, Being Present and Compassion."
